Exterior cladding

We first had to paint our weather boards with a black stain which took a couple of days, we left these to dry in the house over the xmas holidays. But once we got back we were straight into putting the on the house. The first ones are the most important as they must be level or everything will be wrong from then on, to put them on we first had to pre drill holes in the cedar weather boards or they would split, we then used rose head nails to hold them in place.
